Big Guys Blackening

My father loves a good blackening spice, so this one was made out of necessity. This was the blend that started me down this path and I couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve used it on Ahi as an appetizer, shrimp for a salad, or as a base layer on a spatchcocked chicken, this blend will bring a nice rounded flavor with a slight punch that keeps you coming back for another bite.
